Ingredients

chicken, cooked and diced
2 cups
rice - minute style
8 ounces
cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Combine the chicken and broth in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Add rice, cheese, and broccoli. Cover and cook on low for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and rice is tender.
To add a little extra flavor, I have added dried minced onion, garlic, and other spices to the broth.
